1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our ordering system.
2. About Us
Wind’s Pasties is a family-owned food business located at 208 Park Ave, Anaconda, MT 59711. We have been making all-natural pasties since 1959.
3. Ordering
One-Off Orders
When you place a one-off order, you are purchasing a specific quantity of pasties for delivery or pickup on a selected Friday. Orders must be placed before the cutoff for your chosen delivery date.
Pricing
- Regular pasties: $5.00 each
- Bulk discount: $4.00 each when ordering 24 or more regular pasties
- In-store pickup: $4.00 each (no bulk discount applies)
- Cocktail pasties: $14.50 per dozen
- Delivery fee: Free within our Anaconda delivery zone; $4.00 for all other addresses
Prices are subject to change. The price shown at checkout is the price you will be charged.
Payment
Payment is collected in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards through Square. By placing an order you authorize us to charge your card for the total amount shown at checkout.
4. Delivery
Delivery Days
We deliver every Friday. Orders must be placed sufficiently in advance to be included in a given Friday’s run.
Delivery Window
Deliveries take place between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm on your chosen Friday.
Porch Drop-Off
By selecting delivery, you acknowledge that your order will be left on your porch or at your front door. Wind’s Pasties is not responsible for orders after they have been delivered to the confirmed address. If you have specific delivery instructions, please include them in your order notes or contact us directly.
Delivery Zones
Free delivery is available within our standard Anaconda delivery zone. A $4.00 delivery fee applies to all addresses outside this zone. Your delivery fee will be confirmed automatically when you enter your address at checkout.
In-Store Pickup
Pickup orders are available Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm at 208 Park Ave, Anaconda, MT 59711.
5. Subscriptions
How Subscriptions Work
Subscription plans deliver a fixed quantity of pasties (4, 6, or 8) on either a weekly or every-other-week basis. Your card is charged automatically at the start of each delivery cycle.
Subscription Pricing
Subscription pasties are priced at $4.50 each — a 10% discount off the standard price. Delivery fees apply on the same basis as one-off orders.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at 406.563.2362 or orders@windspasties.com. Cancellations received before your next scheduled charge date will take effect immediately. We are unable to issue refunds for charges already processed.
Pausing a Subscription
If you need to pause your subscription temporarily, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
One-Off Orders
Once an order has been placed and payment processed, we are unable to offer refunds unless there is a problem with your order on our end. If your order is incorrect, damaged, or not delivered, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right.
Food Safety
We are not responsible for food that is left unattended for extended periods after delivery. We recommend being home or having someone available to bring your order inside promptly.
7. Delivery Confirmation and Notifications
If you provide a phone number and explicitly check the optional SMS consent box at checkout, you consent to receive a transactional delivery confirmation text message from Wind’s Pasties when your order has been delivered. This message may include a photo of your delivery. Message frequency varies by order and is typically one message per delivery. Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us directly.
If you do not opt in to SMS, delivery confirmation will be sent by email when available.
8. Allergy and Dietary Information
Our pasties are made in a facility that handles common allergens including wheat, meat, and other ingredients. Full ingredient and nutritional information is available on our website. If you have specific dietary requirements or allergies, please contact us before ordering.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wind’s Pasties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our ordering system or the consumption of our products. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Deer Lodge County, Montana.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on our website with the date of last update. Continued use of our ordering system after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
